We have a team of skilled sales representatives to contact your customers either by phone or WhatsApp in order to confirm orders, complete data and verify delivery address. Our distinctive service is our ability to boost your sales by selling additional pieces of the same product at a relatively lower price, which is called “upsell”, or by offering another related product at a suitable price, which is called cross-sell
Warehousing
All you have to do is to send the products to our company headquarters in Al-Shariqah, or send us the source address so that we can pick up and bring the products to our warehouses, and after that we proceed with the storage process and add product inventory to our system, which enables you to easily track your inventory
Fulfillment
Once the shipment data is sent to us or uploaded to the shipment tracking portal, our fulfillment team will package your shipments either using our own packaging tools or those
recommended by you. And the next day, we begin the delivery process
Delivery and shipment tracking
We deliver all the shipments the next day immediately after they are loaded onto the portal and preparation is completed if we have stock available.
“The delivery process takes place in three attempts:
1. On the first attempt, we go directly to the customer’s address to deliver the shipment.
2. On the second attempt, if the delivery fails on the first attempt, we contact the customer by phone to schedule a delivery date
3. On the third attempt, if both the first and second attempts fail, we also contact the customer by phone for the last time and inform them that if a delivery representative arrives and the shipment is not received, the customer will be required to pay the full delivery cost, so as not to repeat what happened in the second attempt.
After the third and final attempt, we will send you a non-delivery report so that you can contact the customers and try to reschedule delivery the products.
You are empowered by our tracking portal software, which allows you instant tracking of shipments and payments. Also enables you to upload and manage your shipments, to let us start the delivery process.
COD & POS
We offer various payment collection solutions for customers, including:
1. COD – Cash On Delivery
2. POS – Payment by bank card upon delivery through available electronic payment terminals with the representatives
3. Bank Transfer – Payment via transfer to our company’s bank account
We will transfer the collected amounts to you, after deducting the invoices due for the services we have provided. The transfer process takes place once or twice a week at the customers’ will, whether the transfer is bank or cash-based
Refund & Exchange
We always work to meet your needs and the desires of your customers, and we are aware of the importance of after-sales services, including returns and exchanges of products or even refunding the amounts paid to any customer. Therefore, we are ready to provide all the after-sales services if desired
